Job Description * Prepare financial statements for various companies quarterly and annually * Prepare journal entries * Prepare accruals and other adjusting entries * Code daily deposits * Code accounts payable * Prepare quarterly income estimates * Prepare bank reconciliations and payroll reconciliation * Prepare tax and audit schedules * Maintain depreciation schedules for fixed assets * Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts * Work closely with field offices in maintaining financial information * Provide support for external audits * Work with internal tax department * Perform other essential duties as assigned Requirements * 3-5 Years of overall general accounting experience * Self-motivated * Ownership in work product * Knowledge of full cycle accounting * Experience with fixed assets * Experience with debt and security investment * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks * High degree of attention to detail and multi-tasking * Strong time management and organizational skills * Works well in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Team Player and be able to work well with other departments What we offer * Fast paced, well funded, aggressive work environment in a stable, private company * Competitive salary * Highly competitive benefit programs * 8% 401K match * Lunch provided Monday-Thursday * Parking provided Job Posted by ApplicantPro
